Nuno Espírito Santo Silva
Nuno is the founding partner of FinSolutia, responsible for setting up the company and entire business implementation and development, being involved in several PL, SPL and NPL mortgage portfolio transactions in Portugal and Spain, including the 1st nonresident securitization of Spanish Residential Mortgage loans. Prior to FinSolutia, Nuno worked 3 years as an Executive Director in the servicing Dpt of GBES, responsible for loan recoveries, high risk corporate clients and assets disposals, where he was involved in several ABS transactions (Lusitanos RMBS & SME), including the sale of several NPL portfolios. Formerly he was a Consultant at BCG, and had several positions from fixed income research, to equity sales & trading at Espirito Santo Investment, where he launched an European based trading & sales desk for Brazilian equities. Nuno is also a board member in several companies. He holds a MBA with honors (Beta Gamma Sigma) from SDSU-California State University, a Post Graduate degree in Corporate Finance(ISCTE) and a 5 year business degree, as well as other executive programs including INSEAD.

Eileen Lindblom
Eileen is an Executive Director within the European ABS Principal Trading Group at UBS and she is responsible for Business Development, Infrastructure and Portfolio Management. Eileen has been at UBS since June 2004 and has focused on the European market since November 2006. During her tenure in New York she was Head of Mortgage Finance which oversaw the credit policy, due diligence, servicing, and execution of over 380 transactions. Prior to joining UBS Eileen was Senior Vice President with JP Morgan Chase/ Chase mortgage division. During Eileen's 15 year tenure at JP Morgan Chase she held various senior positions in Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Risk Management. Eileen holds an Accounting Degree from Widener University in Pennsylvania USA, Certificate in Debt Securities and is Series 7 & 63 licensed with the SEC, and registered FSA registered (UK) Eileen also has had extensive training in project management, leadership skills, contract negotiation and management.

Francesco Dissera
Francesco is an Executive Director within the European Securitisation Group at UBS and he is responsible for ABS in Southern Europe and emerging market.
He has been at UBS since December 2000 and has worked on more than 30 securitisations of performing mortgages, leasing and non performing loans originated by the most prestigious Italian, Greek Banks, Spanish and Portuguese Banks. Francesco has worked on several projects in Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Previously, Francesco worked at JP Morgan for three years where he joined after graduating from the University of Bologna in Italy. Francesco has obtained a Master in International Finance from the Univeristy of Pavia.

Nuno Vasconcellos
Nuno Vasconcellos, Chairman and CEO of Ongoing Strategy Investments SGPS, SA., currently a stakeholder in several companies, including Real Estate, Telecommunications, Media, Financial Services and Professional Services. Most relevant are Portugal Telecom, Zon , the leading local cable network, Impresa, Grupo Económica and the ESFG. Nuno is also a Board member in several companies, VP of the Council for Economic Cooperation of the Instituto Luso-Árabe para a Cooperação and Director of Automóvel Clube de Portugal, the biggest car owners association. In 1995 launched the Portuguese branch of Heidrick & Struggles, where he was also responsible for the Consultancy areas of the Spanish and Italian offices, until 2006, when he ended his term. Nuno started his professional career in 1987, at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), as Senior Manager in Strategy and Change Management, where he carried out significant projects within Retail Banking, all over Southern Europe. Holds a degree in business management from Curry College, in Boston.

Tiago Cyrne de Castro
Executive Managing Director at Espirito Santo Investment, responsible for Risk management and operations, being also board member in several of its affiliates, including ES Capital, the private equity division. Previously was Chief Risk Officer for GBES. Holds a Business degree, and several executive programs from INSEAD, among others.

José Miguel Alecrim Duarte
Joined the legal department of Espírito Santo Investment in 1997, having been involved has in-house counsel in a diversity of equity capital market transactions, including Public Tender Offers, IPOs and Rights Issues. Formerly he was Head of cabinet of the Secretary of State for Treasury and Legal Adviser in the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).Holds a Master Law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon and a Law degree from the same University.
