Servicer Ratings
Finsolutia is the first Iberian servicer to have been rated successfully by Standard & Poor’s (S&P) for four consecutive years since its first rating in 2010.
This milestone was important to us because it gives our clients confidence in our capabilities and also demonstrates to the market the transparency in our operations and our ability to provide services that are to an industry expected standard.
January 2015, Standard and Poor’s raised our overall ranking to ABOVE AVERAGE as a special servicer of residential mortgages in Portugal and assigned an AVERAGE overall rating as a special servicer of residential mortgages in Spain.
Under the sub-category of Management and Organization, we received an ABOVE AVERAGE ranking for both Portugal and Spain.
The major ranking factors that were considered, were our continued expansion of operations, more robust internal controls and our continued investment and enhancements of capabilities. Per Standard and Poor’s opinion “this is indicative of the strength of its operations.”

PME Líder
In 2015, for the third consecutive year we earned the PME Líder (SME leader) status, wich distinguishes the best SME’s based in Portugal. In 2014 we achieved the PME Excelência (Excellence) status.
ISO 27001 & 27701
Finsolutia successfully achieved ISO 27001 & 27701 certification for our information security and privacy management system. These certifications bring confidence and assurance to the company and its stakeholders regarding information security and personal data privacy.
Audits
We have systematic financial and legislative compliance audits performed by external professionals. Reviews and updates of operational procedures relating to KYC, AML and TCF are done on a regular basis.
